  • Your one-time $35 Founding Member Fee gives you lifetime access to the Lash Collective platform, group orders, and educational tools. You’ll always be included in exclusive perks as the Collective grows.

  • It covers ongoing access to our group ordering system, vendor updates, and fulfillment admin. You can cancel or restart your membership any time.

  • Every 2 weeks, we open a group order window. You choose what you need, we bulk order with the manufacturer, then inspect and ship to you. It’s affordable, ethical, and efficient.

  • No! Order as little or as much as you need. That’s the beauty of Collective buying power.

  • IteTypically 10–14 business days from group order close to your doorstep. You’ll always get a shipping update and ETA.m description

  • We sources from top-tier manufacturers that likely already produce many of your favorite brands. currently we are trying to work mainly with U.S. based whole sellers.

  • You keep your Founding Member access, but you’ll lose ordering access until you reactivate your $5/month plan.

  • We inspect every order before shipping. If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll fix it ASAP. Returns for other reasons are not accepted due to the group nature of orders.

  • For now, yes. We’re U.S.-based and shipping nationwide. International expansion is on our roadmap.
